You can try using a different browser or device, for example if you are using Internet Explorer on your PC, you could try using Chrome, or Firefox, or try ordering on your smartphone or tablet.
If you are using a VPN or ad blocker, try changing the settings or turning these off. Some VPNs are blocked from the payment processing stage for security purposes.
