Please check if the payment has come out of your bank or PayPal account if you are unsure if your payment was processed.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, it is possible that it was sorted into your Junk or Spam folder, and may already have been deleted from your email inbox.

If your transaction was declined, please check that your card and billing address details are correct, or you can try either using a different payment method or card, or call your bank.
