Order Processing
We do our best to process all orders placed before 11:45 AM (Swiss local time) within 1 working day.
This excludes weekends and Swiss public holidays.

Orders placed after 11:45 AM on Friday through to 11:45 AM on Monday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland using SwissPost.
All parcels are shipped with tracking to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Missed a Delivery?
SwissPost will attempt delivery and may leave a notification card if no one is home.
You can then reschedule delivery or collect your parcel at the nearest SwissPost location.
We recommend using the SwissPost app or website for managing your delivery:
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product was damaged upon delivery, or

You wish to exchange a defective product.
In such cases, please contact us first to initiate a return.
