When you receive your YUYU Bottle cover, please examine your product carefully for faults or defects. Damages must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase. YUYU cannot accept liability for damages after the 2-week period. Although our terms suggest that we cannot accept liability for damages after the 2-week period, if you strongly feel YUYU bottle is liable for damages, please write to us with images and description. We will treat each case independently and if, after examination of the product we feel that our manufacturing is at fault, we will replace the cover or act accordingly to the situation, and always attempt to put our valued customers first.
