When you receive your YUYU Bottle cover, please examine your product carefully for faults or defects. Damages must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase. YUYU cannot accept liability for damages after the 2-week period. Although our terms suggest that we cannot accept liability for damages after the 2-week period, if you strongly feel YUYU bottle is liable for damages, please write to us with images and description. We will treat each case independently and if, after examination of the product we feel that our manufacturing is at fault, we will replace the cover or act accordingly to the situation, and always attempt to put our valued customers first.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

You can make a payment via PayPal or with your credit or debit card when you reach the checkout. You can also choose to pay with your card via PayPal, without signing in to an account. To do this, please click the "Continue to Paypal” button in the check out area of the site and then click the "Continue as Guest button". This should get you the familiar section, which asks you to fill out all of your credit card details. If you check out with PayPal, you will receive a receipt from them as well as your order confirmation from us.
